Host a Veggie Craving workshop in your home! Your guests will love learning new recipes that are not only healthy, but also delicious! All workshops will include nutrition tips on how to incorporate more whole, plant-based foods into your diet with easy tips that you can use right away!
- All workshops require a minimum of four guests in attendance.

Healthy Lunchbox Workshop
Are you out of ideas for your child’s lunchbox or for yourself? Veggie Craving has the solution at the Healthy Lunchbox Workshop!
- We will prepare a full week of healthy lunches for your children, prepared, packed and ready to go, complete with containers you’ll get to keep and reuse for MORE healthy lunches
- Three weeks of menu plans so you can continue packing healthy school lunches

Healthy Beginnings Breakfast Workshop
It’s the most important meal of the day, so kick out the processed food and start your day off right with some healthy, whole food breakfast treats!
- We will prepare a full week of healthy breakfast meals for your family
- Bonus recipes for several more breakfast recipes—many that can be made ahead of time for grab-and-go

“Eat More Plants!” Dinner Workshop
So often I hear that people would like to make more plant based dinners, but they just don’t know where to start! It’s easy to cook plant based meals, but there is a bit of a learning curve and that’s what we’ll tackle in this workshop!
- Learn about ingredients used in plant based cooking (what is nutritional yeast anyway??)
- Talk about what I have in my pantry and receive a copy of these items
- We will make and taste two to three plant based meals
- You will leave with a week’s worth of menus to kick-start your journey to eating more plants!

Delightfully Healthy Dessert Workshop
Dessert is supposed to be bad for you, right? It doesn’t have to be! In this workshop, we’ll learn some tricks on taking out the junk while keeping in the taste! Healthy never tasted so decadent!

- Learn how to use natural sugars, such as dates
