Custom Meal Planning
- Meal planning – sit down together and plan a week or more of meals that your family will enjoy and will meet your goals, complete with recipes and shopping lists.
How is this different than other meal plans you can buy online? With custom plans, I’ll sit down with you, either in person or via phone, and we’ll discuss your family’s preferences, health goals allergies and time challenges ; I’ll take all these into account when planning meals for you. Once I give you your meal plan, we will discuss the menu and if you have any questions on a menu or shopping item, I will be able to provide advice and recommendations.
